Stacey Rotner wielded a LOT OF POWER in the early rounds where her influence among her female team mates decided the course of Apprentice events. For example in episode #3, she saved Elizabeth from being fired and directed her team mates to allied together and blame it on Big Stacie J Upchurch.
 
Here you will see that Little Stacey HELD the most power in Trump Apartment week 3 after the defeat and what happens pre-boardroom discussions. 4. After hearing of the Apex team defeat
Little Stacy was in a private conference with Elizabeth the failed project manager after week #3 P&G task. (Eliz is sitting on the floor looking up at Little Stacy flinging her power and right hand down at her with legs cross) Stacy said:
“These people are not your friends. This is business. Let me put it this way. Why is the team not functioning well? There are certain people that don’t contribute and there are some that distract. There is a reason the team is in chaos." (Was Stacy talking about herself?)
 
Without the conniving Stacey Rotner, Elizabeth had no protection from the mob "Don-ess" who lost the second time in the NYPD Ad Campaign got the same treatment as Little Stacie. This time, the mixed co-ed street hoodlums got around conniving Raj Bhakta the mob powerbase "Don their godfather" and organized a campaign to oust Elizabeth. The Boardroom Bandits will eventually make outlaws of The Apprentices. She was part of the mob mentality against Stacie Jones in week #3. Now it's Elizabeth Jarosz's turn in week #8. Stacie J predicted, they will each devour themselves.  That was how Raj planted the seeds in all the female Apprentice to organize themselves once again to get Pamela Day (The MOST compentent female Apprentice of ALL 3 SEASON Apprentices) fired in the QVC event.
