Trump asked Bradford an attorney and developer in renovating homes whom he tought was the best developer out of all the Apprentices and Bradford replied: Raj is the best developer that he can see.
Management Style: Raj committed to his own vision, and didn't adjust the plan to overcome obstacles. (Raj helped push Jen M's dog wash mid-course, but Jen M didn't help Raj without specific initiatives as did Andy in bringing in John Jr.'s family of contractors)
Major renovation: Converting two bedrooms into one bedroom, updating kitchen, installing new carpeting, adding exterior sidings and an upstairs bathroom. (in less than 3 days)
Turning point: Choosing one contractor and sticking with him.
Result: Good work downstairs, but a half-finished, unimpressive upstairs.
Lowdown on "Apprentice" lothario

Vail hotelier Raj Bhakta was fired from Donald Trump's "The Apprentice" last week and showed up on "Today" with Katie Couric Friday morning.
He confided to Couric that he was seeking counseling. But this week he told me he was feeling "perfect."
"I lost on a TV show," he said. "You go for it, and if it doesn't work out, it's not the end of the world."
The press has noted what a hound dog Bhakta was in the show, always hitting on women with bad pickup lines. The New York Post on Wednesday called him a "Love Stud" and traced his amorous adventures with fellow candidates.
After he was fired, Raj even hit on the show's receptionist, Robin Himmel. It's been reported that she gave him her number, and they had a date.
"I have no comment on that," said Bhakta.
It seemed to me that he was even hitting on Couric.
"I don't think I was," he said. "Well, not consciously anyway."
He was in NYC on Monday, off to L.A. later this week, back in Vail next week. Just in time to hit on the snow bunnies.

Bow Tie-Wearer Tossed From 'Apprentice'
Sat Nov 6,12:59 PM ET
NEW YORK - Apparently, Donald Trump doesn't like bow ties. Real estate developer and frequent bow tie wearer Raj Bhakta, 28, was the latest candidate fired by Trump on the second season of "The Apprentice." As project manager of the Apex team, Bhakta failed to increase the value of a Long Island house, and the Mosaic team won.
"I lost a real estate task to a wedding planner, and I'm in the real estate business," Bhakta told The Associated Press on Friday. "I think Trump fired me because, without even looking at the stinking pygmy bedroom I had to work with, the very idea of taking a four-bedroom house and making it a three-bedroom house was bad."
Bhakta, who lives in Vail, Colo., and Philadelphia, was portrayed as an over-the-top flashy flirter on the NBC reality show. During the latest episode, Trump warned Bhakta of the $20,000 seed money: "Make sure you spend it on the house, not on the women, Raj."
"Showing the full spread of my personality was both a blessing and a bane in many ways," said Bhakta. He said he's been accosted by fans on the streets of Philadelphia. One woman, he said, "doubled over like she had seen John Lennon."
Despite the attention he's received, Bhakta said the "Apprentice" experience was far from luxurious. He didn't like being followed by cameras 24 hours a day or the back-stabbing among candidates.
"It showcases the underbelly of human nature," he said. "Someone is forced to draw the knife and drive it down your spine."
Bhakta, a moderate Republican with political aspirations, said of his newfound fame: "I've always been famous in my own mind."
Oh, and what about his post-firing attempt to get the phone number of Trump's receptionist, Robin Himmler, who calls the apprentices into the boardroom?
Raj Bhakta -- who was impressively bold in hitting on tennis pinup Anna Kournikova and Donald Trump's assistant Robin Himmel on the show -- may have hooked up with three of his fellow contestants. A source told the paper he "at least made out" with Stacy Rotner and Jennifer Crisafulli.

Raj Bhakta might be better suited for a role on "The Player." The would-be lothario distinguished himself last week by hitting on Donald Trump's assistant, Robin Himmel, while he was waiting for the elevator to take him from the building after his dismissal.
However, Himmel may be the only one Bhakta struck out with, as three of his fellow castmates have fallen prey to his charms, a source shared —
including Stacy Rotner and Jennifer Crisafulli, who have "at least made out" with Bhakta.
* Crisafulli was a bit more coy. "Raj is my very good friend — I love him dearly," she said, adding, "A few cocktails never hurt anybody."
* Rotner said: "I'm sure that people could jump to that conclusion because we spent a lot of time together. We all love each other — he's a great guy."
The amorous apprentice and his bevy of reality-babes were holding court Saturday night at the Hudson Street hotspot NV, where Bhakta made quite an impression.
"He's really cute, he listens to Beethoven and wears Savile Row suits," said a source, adding that he appears to be a gentleman. "At NV, he stood up every time a girl came to the table."
Bhakta declined to comment on his romantic wheeling-dealing. "These are inherently private issues," he told PAGE SIX's Lisa Marsh. "But there are definitely some mix-ups with your information." And then he tried his charm on Marsh, too: "How come I don't get to know about your personal life?"
Trump Tower TV trysts aren't new. The term "showmance" was coined in the first season of "The Apprentice" after the affair of contestants Amy Henry and Nick Wernock was made public. It was later rumored that Henry was also canoodling with winner Bill Rancic.
