Nothing original so far. Seems like a team player. Gets along, plays along.... more a follower than a leader. I predict Andy will be booted by his team mates when he fails as project leader.
Andy has high expectations.
Yep, he's young and bright, but does he have the business savvy to swim with a bunch of sharks? Statistics say Andy will pace with the best of them but does he have staying power and can he build a powerful alliance to survive to the end?
Let's compare him to the last Apprentice series where Kwame also graduated from Harvard but with a graduate MBA degree. Kwame survived till the very end, the last two standing with Bill Rancic and the two got Amy knocked off. Kwame succeeded by aligning quickly with Troy (least formal schooling) and teamed together well (to this day still the best of friends.)
Andy only finished undergraduate at Harvard and doesn't seem to have any depth of experience as Kwame with Procter & Gamble and on Wall STreet as an Investment Manger for Goldman Sachs, as well as several dot-com start-ups. Andy is green behind the ears compared to Kwame being around the block a few times. At the end, Kwame is still great friends with Amy and many others, despite coming in second. But it looks like off all sixteen, Kwame has the sweetest executive job and it isn't from a handout from Trump either. Kwame is earning it on his own and making multi-billion dollar business dealings. So let's see how far Andy can make it with the remaining shows. I like to see Andy take on the role as the project manager to demonstrate his management skills to win and proved me wrong.
