I'm retired so I get to watch Dr. Phil every afternoon. I can't help but wonder if those people are actors or people who really don't mind airing their very personal problems on network TV.
What do you all think? Are there people so desperate to resolve their difficulties that they would allow themselves to be treated so badly? I found that shocking.
Did you see the six married couples who were trying to have DR.
Phil save their marriages? I never could figure out why those people allowed Dr. Phil to talk to them like they were dirt. I can't believe they didn't tell him to stick it in his ear and walk off the show. Do you suppose they signed an agreement to stay no matter what? He talks sense a lot of the time, but I certainly don't agree with everything he says. Another thing I dislike about him is that he goes for the cheap shot at his guests' expense. That's crummy.
