Something I noticed while I was watching it again:
People who believe in Neo (Niobe, Trinity, and Neo) never take God's name in vain. (They only curse by saying sh**.)
Those who do not believe in Neo (Roland, Lock) however do frequently use ******* or Christ when cursing (along with their shares of sh**s).
Also, Seraph and the Oracle use damn but not *******. Don't really know if that's significant, but just thought I'd include it...
