Thanks Heather. I just find this such a strong message for children. Too many kids have horrible home lives, and the message in Harry Potter gives them hope.

Yes, we have to keep in mind that this is a children's book so there are going to be messages. That's also why I don't see Harry, Ron, or Hermione dying. They're our heroes. You don't want to send the message to children that people who stand up for what right die. You want to give them hope instead. Children have enough to worry about in their lives. Killing off characters that are heroes to them would be awful.
