I warned you...
Crazy Alien Nazi's! You heard me. What in the blue blazes was that about? Personally, I think it was a great cliffhanger.
Didn't see it? Let me sum up: Archer on the Xindi ship gets on the Weapon and destroys it with help from the Andorians. The Cap'n apparently dies in the explosion. Meanwhile, the big E manages to knock out a Sphere. All is well, except the crew is bummed that Johnny Arch is toast. Poor Porthos.
So the Xindi Aquatics give the E a lift home... but apparently the wrong date. Earth isn't answering hails, there are no listening posts. They send down a shuttle which is greeted by the pitter-pat of little BULLETS being fired at them from a propeller driven P-51 airplane. WTF? Then, the ultimate kick to the short one's, you see a tent with a bunch of Nazi's looking over a body on a table... the thought-to-be blown to pieces Cap'n Archer. The Nazi's turn to ask their boss (in German) if he recognizes the uniform, when of the shadows emerges Crazy Alien Nazi! He looked like a bluer Reman with fiery red eyes.
Great way to throw something at the fans that no one could have expected.
Man.
Nuts.
