I went on diet before i was pregnant last year, I lost three stone and felt great. I got pregnant came of the diet put on some weight felt great through my pregnancy and had a healthy boy who is now four weeks old. I am back on the diet and in a week i lost a stone and it falls off me every week either four, five or more pounds weekly. I alternate my eating plan every day, i try new foods or just spice them up a bit its great, i do some exercise but my kids keep me busy. My partner also went on diet he dropped two clothes sizes down in three weeks. It is hard at first but you have to keep on going think positive, chat to people to help you if feeling low etc. I did and the comfort of others who are doing the same diet and have experienced similar thinks is helpful to talk to.good luck to you all on the diet or who are just starting.
