I saw Rueben on a recent AI 3 show. I don't know if he was heavier or not since last season. All I see is a good singer who has a problem that he needs help with; i.e., losing some weight. He should not have so much trouble singing on stage (the excessive sweating, for example). Whichever record label signed him up should get him some help. I've heard Rueben say - he's just a big guy. That may be true, but that doesn't mean he should continue to gain weight. NOBODY SHOULD WANT ANOTHER ELVIS PRESLEY ON THEIR HANDS. If Rueben's family, friends and employers are just indulging him, and letting him have whatever he wants, they must stop it for Rueben's sake. He is only a very young man with a great future that may be cut short if his weight is not brought under control soon. We love ya, Rueben, and want you around for a long time!
yeah... he obviously is "just a big guy" but i think its beginning to border on dangerous. i dont mean to judge people, and if people are overweight, thats fine... but i dont want anyone to be unhealthy, whether they're too skinny, or extremely overweight, it can have serious health risks.
