Although Brian was not picked, he is the one who made Larissa cried at the face off and really moved her, kudos to Brian!
Now thinking it over, the actual finale of the show should be Gil vs. Brian vs. Jim. Remember the 2nd last episode when Jim was out of the race? Chronologically it's the same night as today's episode when Larissa picked Gil and kissed Brian goodbye. For program length or whatever reason, the program is cut and edited such that there would be one-on-one on the finale. (having the fact that Gil was the winner, now I understand that why Jim's portion was shown on last week. For one-on-one, I was always thinking Jim vs. Brain rather than Gil vs. Brain)
Anyway, what I am saying is, what actually happened was Brian vs. 2 Hunks. It wasn't a fair fight. With casting out Jim, Larissa may think that she has done her part of not being shallow. And there comes another good looking man (aka Gil) was too overwhelming for her. Even with the disappointed results, it's still Brain that stands out and shines.

Another thing i noticed! If you watched the first one and this one you might know what i mean!
Right Before the final pick , the Girls had there final thoughts about each one of the guys.....If you noticed with Larissa, She pointed out everything that she didnt like about Gil or that she was hoping would change in him...she didnt really say anything good about him.....With Brian...she pointed out every good quality that he had and made no attempt to point out any of his faults...which made you think Brain had an awesome chance!......But she Picked Gil!
As for Melana , the same thing is true on her behalf! She pointed out all the things that she didnt like or was hoping she could change about Jason.....and then turned around and said all good things about Adam! ......But she picked Jason!
Hummm....i see a pattern here! They make us want to believe that they like everything about the Average Joe, just to let us down when it comes to the end! How rude ! right?! lol
I am going to Watch Joe 3, Not just because its with Adam, but i wanna see how the competion is different when it comes to the girls fighting it out! Its funny too.. some people on here say that its going to be "average" girls whom Adams going to have to choose from, but honestly from the previews, they dont look too average, they all look like larissa and melana..some of the guys on Hawaii, where very average looking , not to mention poor david! lol...He was cute, but a little to quirky for me lol...I mean , I'm not skinny, but people think im a cool person.....they put some heavy set guys with melana and larissa , but the girls ive seen on the previews all look petite. oh well , i guess we will see....but seriously , if all the girls on AJ3 are tall and perfectly thin, then it shouldnt be called average joe with adam, it should be called , adam the average joe from the past is the bacholor. lol
