you can eat alot of foods. example for breakfast you can have bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans in small quantities.
For dinner beef burgers, sausages maybe two, cheese, corned beef all with salad.
For lunch any meat with vegetables eg, cabbage, cauli, broccoli or mixed veg. Also fruit one a day of the following, apples, strawberries small portions and grapes.
look up diets on the net and the one you are on, type it in and it will explain more about foods you can eat and recipe ideas. Good luck.
