Don't let it intimidate you. I am one of the LEAST computer savvy people I know, trust me, but it's easy once you get the hang of it.

I hope someone more savvy and a better explainer comes in and helps, but the way I see it VB is just a set of instructions.

In a way you get to sort of mini-program what you write to have it look a certain way, and you do that with instructions via the VB code.

* The code/instruction is always enclosed in [brackets]

* Code is in sets. One to start the instruction and one to end it.

* The opening instruction looks like this: [VBcode]

* The closing instruction will have a backslash and look like this [/VBcode]

So if you take this

(color=blue)

These words are blue

(/color)

and just change the parentheses to brackets ... it will look like this:

These words are blue

Try some of it here. That's what this thread is for ... to "test" stuff

And like I said, maybe someone who is a better explainer will help.

Go to Microsoft Word and find a font you like.

Lets say you like the chiller font.

The one I used it called Alien League It is the font from the "Alien" movie series

The coding for the Alien League font would be:

[font=alien league] Alien League [/font

Just remember to close the bracket after the /font and it will work.

If you want you can make the font larger so you would do:

[font=alien league] [SIZE=3]Alien League[/SIZE [/font

But again remember to close the end brackets for /size and /font at the end.

You can do this for any other font you want, but I don’t think everything works.
