I think the government is thinking the same thing...I believe that's what they were thinking by making selective abortion illegal. Im pretty sure I read that the Chinese gov. didnt want that unbalance.

this is true but the government can't keep track of the children born in the country sides, so all there puffy in your face bragging is worthless. geese there are millions not counted.

But there is also news from China that the demand for Caucasian male semen has surged since women are becoming independent in successful business careers and would rather become single parents by artificial insemination. Just imagine that in 20 years a whole block of Chinese children fathered by a popular gene bank donor John Doe from Germany or Australia...
It may be off topic but that is one good reason why a spiritual mother is needed by humanity. Life has become routine and knowledge has taken over our desires and value system. Life is what we make of it but modern culture has made us give up living in order to toil for things that won't matter when we die.
