Kristi the project manager initially PLANNED the project by consensus, but instead it ended up failing as Chaperone Bernie Diamond commented, turning the plan into a "divide and conquer." The lead at the helm is supposed to rally own team members and be specific as to individual roles and responsibilities all marching in the same direction and coordinating as well as collaborating among themselves to resolve problems as they arised.
Kwame picks tacky straw hats as inventory for next day. Her consensus plan started on the wrong foot and never did worked as a team, therefore ending up splitting up team efforts.
1. Product selection - Kristi and Kwame made own decision without the rest of the team's input. They selected gaudy and cheap stuffs from the dollar store, hoping to sell them for $5 to $10 bucks.
2. Planning and revision - Kristi never did seemed to held a midpoint meeting during the raining opportunity to get new ideas and ways to made quick changes. Everyone just sat around doing nothing. The only two that demonstrated initiatives were Heidi and Omarosa who took it to themselves to go see what the competition and marketplace was doing. Heidi said: "We should be outside, not inside" where the higher traffic pattern of customers were. Too late, Kristi on own decided the placement of the table space. She didn't try to see if they could relocate.
3. Execution - This is a team effort. Seems like everyone blew it. No one knew what happened to missing inventory and sales for the unaccounted money. They had too much inventory for which can't be sold and as such resulted in a loss.
i believe that the major reason that kristi got fired was because she listened to jessie- it will be interesting to see how jessie reacts that her best friend got fired and if the other girls tell jessie it was because she didnt speak up much- jessie will be under a lot of guilt. it will be interesting to see how jessie competes without kristi now as well

It was obvious, Kristi and Jessie were very close and teamed with each other. They supported each other, until Jessie failed at the boardroom in pulling the rug under Kristi's nice looking pair of legs. Without Kristi there this week, Jessie took a bum rap like Kristi last week. The common theme: The two Ugly Duckling pair bounced Kristi last week at the boardroom, just like what the audience saw this week's episode 6 where the pair re-enacted the same against Jessie. Kristi was not there to save Jessie this week from Omarosa the Project Manager who nominates two for The Donald to fire. Jessie didn't have enough to sway The Donald up against the ugly things said against each other. The ugly pair are good at back-biting each other and likely to survive further.
Yeah- Jessie, jessie, jessie- if she wasnt so nice or told kristi to be so nice- they both probably would still be on the show and oma would be a goner
Yeah, but Omarosa is time-tested and gone a longer distance than Kristi. Kristi was raised up by the privileged and somewhat sheltered.
Jessie went a longer distance but she was too naive, young and didn't have the street smarts as Omarosa and Heidi. Wasn't even a close contest last week nor this week.
If the coin keeps coming up heads, you think the next time it's still an even odds? Think about that. Kristi being nice was part of her downfall, just as this week on Jessie. Jessie tried, but didn't have the umpf behind it being partly green behind the ears when going up against Heidi and Omarosa.
i just have this really big gut feeling that if oma's team loses next week- she is going to be fired. i dont think that jessie being the youngest contestant was really an issue. i watched her on the today show this morning and she said something that i agreed with- yeah she was the youngest player but she had as much stuff on her resume as everyone else.
From "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." But not every meeting went well for the group. When Jessie took charge with Isaac Mizrahi, it was painful. She dragged out every last detail as she methodically spoke, clearly irritating Isaac.

It's true Jessie beat out 200,000 other weaker applicants for The ApprenticeOne shows. I didn't see Jessie on the Today Show, but on Foxsnews network the day after being fired. Comparing Jessie's post-reaction airing with her friend Kristi Franks fired the week before, Jessie didn't come across as dynamic as Kristi and Sam . Kristi promoted herself to aspiring in becoming a director, producer, writer and actress professionally. Sam who can't get regular dates got on his knees and proposed marriage to his blind date girl friend.
Jessie has potential. She got her first acting debut in Apprentice show. All 16 contestants are hoping they get more lucrative job offers and other opportunities. They're taking the roll of the dice.

Condiments and creams are creative masterpieces, from scrumptious guacamole to nut-based tartar and marinara sauces. Hearty faux meatloaf, made from a dehydrated walnut-veggie mix, is served with strained cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and date-miso gravy--a delicious raw version of the comfort food classic.
Trump's business tip LAST week before and after Kristi got fired was
"Stand up for Yourself"
Last week Jessie advised Kristi to play it safe, and Kristi DID NOT STAND UP FOR HERSELF and Kristi got fired.
Jessie knows the business tip, had the experience of seeing meekness get Kristi fired, and Trump even told Oma off, but Jessie still DID NOT STAND UP FOR HERSELF and guess what -- Jessie got fired.
Pretty simple stuff.
"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye."
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
I have to come to Jessie's defense here OBTF; Jessie did tried, pleaded with The Donald: "Please don't fire me!" But she wasn't as assertive as Nick the earlier week in saving his back-end, so Bowie took the hit and down the elevator. Jessie wasn't in the boardroom to see Bowie's weak reply to learn how to or not to respond to The Donald.
Jessie was a sitting duck this week. She messed up badly with her interview and negotiations. Jessie's meeting didn't went well for the group. When Jessie took charge with Isaac Mizrahi, it was painful. She dragged out every last detail as she methodically spoke, clearly irritating Isaac. That was the same type of weak performance demonstrated before The Donald at the boardroom.
Donald fired Kristi Frank from The Apprentice because he says she did not fight for herself. Kristi says being on the show was great lesson in her professional life. It taught her to never give up and to fight hard for what you want, no matter what.
"He taught us to dream big and have fun," Kristi says. "You see it on his face—he's a kid, he has a lot of fun, and it shows!"
"And she is really a fighter too," Donald says. "She just had this little bad episode. But the fact is, she's a strong woman."
