sleights, i never said that jury members will make their decision based on team preference. as a general rule, most people who dont like the lakes also dont like kobe, and i was just saying that most baskeball fans who dont like the lakers will probably like to see him get put away. it was just a theory.

I'm not a Laker fan nor even watched any of their games. Don't even know whether they won or lost the Championship and I don't care nor follow it. But that doesn't mean I can't figure out that Kobe is going to come out acquitted or the case dismissed against the DAs.
It's nothing but a joke from the beginning. The small town Eagle, Colorado Sheriffs should have conducted a more thorough and balanced investigation and would have know Kate was crying "wolf" falsely.
But it looks like the small town just needed the additional 15 minutes to put them on the map... and make some money off this tragedy.
