OBAF, you crack me up! Two butt cheeks with Lill in between! Eeeeewww... that's just wrong!
No, Jon's grandmother didn't seem to have a problem at all with her grandson's attitude (which seems to always be that way) being deceitful, rude, male chauvanist pig, and that list could go on, but I don't want to. Listing his 'attributes' makes me sick. He is a foul person, and no one that I would ever associate with unless I was handed no choice (like being stranded on an island with him).
I'm sure that Sandra will do something nice for Christa and Rupert. That would be perfect, and really sweet of her.
I don't know when exactly they filmed the All Stars, but I know that it's already finished, and that the Pearl Islands one was finished filming before it started in September. So, I'm sure that there was more than enough time. We shall see. Though, I would really hope that he isn't on it. I just can't stand Jon, and to have to watch him again (unless it's to see him voted off really early) would make my stomach twitch.
I have a real issue with the way that Lill was treated regarding her Boy Scouts uniform. Just because she has volunteered for 14 years as a scout leader, doesn't mean that her going on this game she should have been a saint. Those who think that are wrong (in my opinion). What, she was supposed to have just given her word, and stuck to it, no matter what, and be booted? I wouldn't expect that from anyone on this game. And, she didn't know that she would be stuck in that uniform for the game. She was wearing that for the photo shoot, which they thought that they were going to.

Did anyone catch what Rupert said about the All Stars. I think he slipped up and revealed a secret. He said,"I knew I could beat Richard Hatch." Does this mean that he goes further that Richard in the All Stars game?

I heard that too, heather, and was wondering myself ... but I also wonder if Rupert's comment as well as Jon's reference to All-Stars weren't "planted" to reel us all in

Well KJ, "crack me up" sure is an interesting comment in this context !

He is despicable to be sure, but they call him "entertaining". I did think it was apt when he said his goal was to be the most hated Survivor and he thought he had succeeded.

I think she might. Those 3 sure do seem like they really like each other. In a way, I think Sandra's winning might have made the losing pill a little less bitter for Rupe & Christa.

Ah, yes ... Lil, the uniform and the photo shoot/kick-off cocktail party.
See, I think from the moment you MEET the other Survivors, the game is on and Lil chose to present herself as a scout, uniform and all. IF not, why would she bring the darn uniform with her to the Pearl Island in the first place ?
During the game, she also made a HUGE point, several times, about lying being a supposed "problem" for her AND --- Christa who was pretty funny, asked her why she kept doing the scout thing, which we didn't see.
Hell, she even called Burton her Eagle Scout and Burton swore to her "Scout's Honor".
So SHE put the Lil-as-a-Scout image and philosophy forward and USED it when she thought it was to her advantage. The scout thing was a strategic device. She CHOSE it and she WANTED them to see her as the nice, trustworthy, hardworking Scout.
The others considered it a MIS-representation, if nothing else. Lying and betrayal while presenting with the loyal scout persona would be similar to if Rupert had dumped or refused to share the fish he caught. The others felt more fooled or duped rather than outwitted.
So ... as Darrah might say,
"that'll tarn 'em agin' ya' every tahm."
"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye."

Life may not be the party I had hoped for.......
But while I'm here I might just as well listen to the music and dance..

I could be totally wrong, but I thought he said (while talking about how much he loves the game) "....the first time I saw the show I knew I could beat Richard Hatch!!"??
As for Jon, judging by his "maybe my grandma will die during All Star" comment, I take it to mean he is on it.....they did say the players will be winners and memorable players from the past.......:P
