Bill Parcells has entrusted Quincy Carter to be his quarterback of his new regime and giving Troy Hambrick the bulk of the rushing attempts. Dallas's defense has stepped it up majorly since last year, and are now back to being a feared team. Expect to see the 'Boys in the playoffs and making a good run at another Super Bowl.
