vinayvpai even if the machiens were a matrix anything that happens in the matrix happens to your real form so she still would have died from thouse 10 cords. 2eon he could have rebooted it without all of them dieing cause he said if you go back to the matrix you go back to the end of zion so he didnt reboot it or all of them would be dead and there problie wouldnt have been a 3rd movie unless it was a new begining
The train station is when I believe that the matrix could have been reloaded, because neo was in neither world, the architech could have put everything back so it would end the way he wanted, he had to first see the decision that Neo was going to make.
but they couldnt reboot it without destroying everyone like he said neo had to choose the people to be at the begining of it and it wouldnt die but if he went back that he would be going back to the end of zion. but still the archatech said this will be the 6th time we will destroy the matrix and we have become very good at it.
This movie has many parrellels to the Bible... very many. I know the Bible well, and its undeniable. Neo is definately a representation of the Christ. Neo sacrificed himself, as did the Christ. But the Christ rose after dying. I think Neo might too. It would make sense... after all the oracle says she thinks she might see him again. I think Neo may come back, but trinity won't.
