Neo is a program, A.I., he will make all programs feel love. He will sacrifice himself to save the Matrix and Zion and he will be within everyone and everything in the Matrix.
Zion is another dream world. Neo will free minds from the Matrix and Zion, to teach them the truth. Those left in Zion will help the people in Zion enter the absolute true "real world." Anyone who leaves Zion cannot enter another Matrix when entering the true real world. Neo, being a program, cannot leave. So he says farewell to Trinity, Morpheus, and everyone and becomes "One" with the matrix and everything that exists inside of it. So Neo will be the bridge to immortality. The true real world.

And when he is seen in his immanence and transcendence, then the ties that have bound the heart are unloosened, the doubts of the mind vanish, and the law of Karma works no more.
