I'm not sure that I like him all that much. He seems to be one of two on the Drake team that I think are trying to take control. I don't like that about this game. Survivor is about being a TEAM! Yes, you all have the one same goal in common... but you have to get there by staying strong as a team. I will still reserve judgement, or comment, for when we get to know him more. Too early to really tell much about most of the people.

The problem with not having a leader is that they won't be able to pull it together and work as team. All of them will be off doing their own thing. I can understand his business instincts to want order in the camp. It's the same way in the office. What I'm going to watch for is how he brings about order.
If he does it gently and in a fair way, he'll do ok and the tribe won't turn on him.
I believe there has to be a leader as long as their are tribes. When they go for individual immunity, then it's a different story.
These were Burton's final comments to the tribe, etc... when he was "booted" off last night. Good bye, and good ridance (especially with the ego that you have... now I really don't like you)
So, I've got to say I'm disappointed beyond what words could explain. But in the same sense, I'll have to say that being a strategic player and knowing the threat that I posed to every individual in my tribe, I probably would have done what the majority ended up doing.
There's no doubt in my mind that any Challenge, physical or mental, when it came to individual Immunity, I would have won hands-down. No doubt in my mind. The tribe realized that, and they did what they had to do. I don't believe it's the right decision at this point in time, but if they didn't do it now, I would have had the cards in my hand to play all the way to the end of the game and make my way to the winner's circle, which I know I could have done.
I had an amazing time out here. I met some great people, albeit I'm not sure if I really know who they are. But it's been absolutely amazing. I've enjoyed every minute of it and loved everyone, and wish them the best. It's going to be a lot harder without me. Challenges are not going to be guaranteed as they were when I was involved. I'd say may the best or strongest or smartest person win, but that's impossible at this point. So good luck to those left, and I'll see you on the other side.

KJ, Sounds like he has an ego problem. I heard the remarks and instantly thought ,What an ass. No one on either team is not expendable. So its whom plays the game the best , and Burton played stupid. Ego got in the way of good sense.

Life may not be the party I had hoped for.......
But while I'm here I might just as well listen to the music and dance..
Strategic Player ? So his strategy was to dump Christa ? How exactly was that strategic ?
Burton really disapointed me too !
What an overblown ego this guy has. He even goes so far as to judge their timing and decision ?
In case he didn't notice ... these bad decision makers still have fire and a chance to get into the "winner's circle" ... and he has NOTHING to say about it.
Boo Burton !

Okay Burton... so you're back! You were a real jerk. But, I'm hoping that the things you're saying, about being honest, etc... and that you really have changed, are true.
