I like what I've been seeing and reading through pre-season on this years Niner team!! GAME 1 exceeded my expectations of our now more aggressive team!! Erickson is doing just the job we needed!! I only wish I was able to see the game

The one thing I miss about living in the San Francisco area is watching the games with lots of other niner fans. And all ya find around here are Dolphin fans...
Life is not so short but that there is always time enough for courtesy.

Usally Im Saying stuff like" Rams are going to Open a can of whoop -ass" about now..However My confidence level is next to "Nill". The Bears played a little better than the rams and the 49ers played like they was the only team on the field. I hope bulger can Pull it off.

I missed the game, I had recorded it but then when I found out the Niners had lost due to stupid errors at the bitter end I saved myself the pain and suffering of watching such a tragedy.
I did hear a fair amount about the game however and was able to deduce that the Niners basically gave the game away. Not only the critical error in OT preventing a critical time out but also several 1st half errors and penalties.
So it would seem that they were the better team and if they had a less error prone day they would of had little trouble beating the Rams. A loss like this is good for a young team like this and I'm sure there will be a lot learned from it.
Now if we loose to the Browns on Sunday well lets just not think about that!!! I'm looking for a another solid victory.
