Post Kobe's accuser 'bragged' at a Party post #1  quote:

Partygoer: She was happy

The young woman accusing Kobe Bryant of rape bragged about the alleged assault at a party last week - and gave a graphic description of the NBA star's anatomy, partygoers said.

Steve Evancho told NBC News that he was surprised when the 19-year-old woman showed up at his house party on July 15 - three days before prosecutors slapped Bryant with sex assault charges.

"She was bragging about the whole thing," Evancho said, adding that the woman seemed "happy. She was having fun."

She even answered a question about the 6-foot-7 L.A. Lakers star's manhood, five people at the party told NBC.

"She answered with a gesture and a description," said NBC correspondent Michelle Hofland. "They couldn't believe it."

A spokeswoman for the Eagle County, Colo., district attorney declined to comment on the story yesterday.

Other friends have said the woman was stunned and upset after the June 30 incident at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, where she worked at the front desk.

The report comes as a friend of the woman said the woman felt "a certain amount of chemistry with" Bryant when she showed him around the ritzy mountain resort near Vail.

After showing Bryant around the lavish lodge, she accepted his invitation to go to his room, Luke Bray told The Denver Post.

"She had thoughts of declining," Bray said. "But he had been nice. She felt safe about doing that."

Bryant raped her when she tried to leave, Bray said.

Conviction promised

Bray also echoed his wife, Starlene Bray, who has said the woman suffered obvious injuries.

"I can't wait for this to get in front of a jury so they can see what happened," Luke Bray said. "Their jaws will hit the floor, and they will convict him."

Bryant, married with a 6-month-old daughter, insists he had consensual sex with the woman.

Meanwhile, today's Globe supermarket tabloid published a photograph of the accuser on the cover with a black bar covering her eyes.

"This is the No. 1 face in America that people want to see, and so we decided to go with it," said editorial director Jim Lynch.

The woman's name is not mentioned.

Mainstream media outlets have refrained from identifying the accuser or showing her picture, though some of her personal information has appeared on the Internet and a syndicated radio talk-show host has aired her name.

Glad to here it! LOVE IT! It's about time that people wise up and quit taking some woman's allegation as truth. She WANTED to get ******, and she enjoyed that ****, why should he be punished for making her happy.

Reality Check.....Everything that has been said on this thread is pure BS based on hearsay, where is the evidence that she actually was at this party? If it was even remotely true the news agencies would be all over it. Everyone seems to blindly defend Kobe based on his celebrity and thats just wrong. I jus think its ignorant how people say things like "she wanted it" when they have no ****en clue what happened because they weren't there. No one really knows what happened- either he is lying or she is lying and just cause he's a celebrity does not mean he is more honest. The only thing we know for sure is Kobe admittedly had sex with a teenager while he was married. Along with his morals, values and respect he is going to lose multi-million dollar corporate sponsors for sure.

Kobe may be superman, but even superman can't fight off kryptonite. We all know what the black man's kryptonite is. So, you can't blame Kobe, he can't help himself.

He can't help himself....oh my......((rolling eyes)) Lets be happy not all black men believe their "kryptonite" is that. If he assaulted her, he's guilty. Black, white, purple.....If he didn't, and I don't believe he did, he's innocent. Black, white, purple.

We need to quit giving excuses for people based on race, and quit giving excuses for behaviors based on race....and yes, flip it around, we need to stop being more judgemental based on race, etc. Kobe being black has nothing to do with why he cheated. Can't cry "foul" on race only one way.

It's kinda hard to feel sympathy for the girl if she went to his room to have sex.

I think most men would find it hard to resist the sexual advances of a 19 year old thin blonde. It's common knowledge black men can't resist white girls... I think Kobe should get a pass.

It's not the issue of race. It doesn't matter what race he is. I wouldn't use race as an issue or a scape goat in this case. What I am trying to figure out is, if she was so-called "raped or sexually assaulted", why is she going to parties bragging about the so-called "rapist's" manhood? Does that sound like someone who was raped or sexually assaulted? Then on the Abrahms report last night, the girl said that the whole incident started consensually and they started fooling around, then all the sudden it wasn't consentual. What is this? (rolling my eyes), please, give me a damn break!! That's just saying that she is not stable and thier is something she's not telling the truth about. And if you want to make race such an issue, ok I'll give you an issue. If this would have happened to black woman, it would not have been publicized so much, but due to the fact this happen to a blonde bombshell white woman, oh it's so highly publicized till it's a shame. I bet some of you don't think about that, now do you?

Who would have thought the OJ case was a race trial? Believe me, it will turn into race.

Didn't Mike Tyson's case get a lot of publicity? He assaulted a black woman too...

In today's world, for some women, "rape" is actually "regret" or just plain "revenge", but for others still, like this little hussy, "rape" means "riches"!

Regret: She regrets doing it or telling others about it so out of possible embarrassment or coaxing from her friends or family, she turns the story into forced sex. Rape.

Revenge: She doesn't really regret it per say, but perhaps he told her that sex that one night (or how ever many nights) is all he wanted from her and to get lost, so her revenge against him is to cry rape.

Riches: This one is obvious. There are girls and women who love to prey on celebrities hoping to hit pay dirt (like Bonnie Bakely did with Robert Blake - he was one of many possible "targets" she was interested in trapping with a child.), so it's not a far stretch to think that that's exactly what we have here, a gold digger.

Oh please. Yea, since black men can't resist us little white women, lets excuse their crimes?! Pullleeze.........Using race as an excuse is wrong, whether to advance or disadvance this case.

And personally, I think Kobe IS innocent of rape. I, however, do not think if a girl consents to "folling around" that she must then consent to intercourse. What a load of crap! No means no, and stop means stop. But do I believe this is what happened in THIS case? No. I believe in his innocence, on the rape accusation, and think she is using this to her own advantage. JMO.

What would fooling around be, if there was no sex involved? I just think it's wrong to convict a black man of raping a white girl, it just reminds me too much of Emmitt Till... especially if the girl went to him room to fool around.
