Justin In Trouble With The Law? post #1  quote:

I just caught the tale end of a news report tonight. All I heard was something about him in a boat and almost hitting a little girl. They said he could face charges, and get a fine and or jail time. Did anyone else hear this?

I heard it, but I didn't get to see what happened, I just saw the commercial. They also said that Kelly Clarkson was also involved with it!

O.K. --- I found the information out.

Justin was ticketed by Grand Praine TX police after witnesses said he almost ran over a young girl with a personal watercraft at Joe Pool Lake.

He was with Kelly Clarkson and about five friends when this incident allegedly occurred.

Lake Patrol Supervisor said that Guarini and Clarkson didn't understand what the laws were.

Guarini ran the watercraft up on shore, stopping a few feet short of a 5 year old girl.

Guarini rolled off the moving watercraft before it stopped and ran away laughing as reported by the by the father of the little girl.

If convicted of unsafe boat operation, Guarini faces a fine of up to $2,000.00 and a maximum 180 days in jail, according to a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Web Site.

This information came from the Associated Press -
as reported by Fort Worth Star - Telegram

I read it to be that Justin was the one that was driving, and that Kelly was just with him. I guess he is the one that got the ticket, so if he is found guilty he can be fined, and or spend time in jail.

Remember - it say's "IF CONVICTED", so it is possible that no one will go to jail, and no one will pay a fine.

Just more evidence that J.G. is a real piece of work. He hasn't even been around a year and we are going to start seeing him the tabloids! I still can't believe he was in the final showdown against Kelly last year. What a fluke!

Way to go, Justin. What's next? Are you going to get caught in a brothel? Buddy, if you want your newly-released record to plummet down the charts, then keep up the good job that you're doing.
