There has been some confusion among fans after viewing the new film; The Matrix Reloaded.
At the end of the film, Neo is seen to stop several senitals telepathically, this event has led to a misunderstanding by some viewers, leading them to think of a matrix within a matrix or other inspired and creative ideas.
Larry and his brother do enjoy puzzling views to encorage their imagination but we feel that it is a little to extreme on this issue.
The purpose of Neo having the power to stop the senitals is to represent his new link with the matrix mainframe.
As at the end of the Matrix Mr Anderson gained new powers, Neo has gained new powers at the end of Reloaded.
When Neo is close enough to a machine he can feel their presence, and can communicate with them, using this communication he had the power to control the matrix mainframe and from there he turned off the senitals.
I hope this has cleared up a few issues, but you yourselves can puzzle over the rest
Got anything to back this up? Or is it just baseless conjecture like so many other threads on this board? Or are you another one of those, I dont have to give you proof, I just know and thats that people? I mean I could say the exact opposite with just as much conviction, but I still wouldnt expect anyone to believe it without some type of evidence. It sure didnt look like he was just "turning them off" as you state. Looked to be a little more violent in nature to me. So in reference to your last statement, no it didnt clear anything up.
Wow, it all makes sense now! Thank you Mr. Informant! You better lock your doors, the fed's are going to be hunting you down for opening this Pandora's Box of information! Not.
Hehe, thanks as always Heck for stating the same thoughts I'm having in such a blunt manner. And thanks to Larke for bringing up some good points as well. I wasnt going to go that deep into it, much like the originator of the thread didnt go very deep in his post.
deepthroat, perhaps we all got off on the wrong foot. look, most of the people here in this forum are very receptive to original ideas from veterans and rookies alike. it is not necessary (if it was your intent) to do a full fledged belly flop to stir the water just to get noticed. and that's all i have to say about that.
Yup thats what I thought, I will just stamp this thread crap like so many others and move on. I suggest everyone else follows my lead and lets this thread die the swift death it deserves. And just for the record, (if you truly are a newbie to these forums) then I apologize for the baptism by fire. But you chose the topic not me.

If possible look at a script for neo's conversation with the architect, also for the coma i have not asked anyone or done any research, sorry
Neos mind can be seperate from his body even when he is not plugged into the matrix becauase of his unquie telepathical link with the matrix mainframe and, hence, the machines
There is no reason to attack Deepthroat for the ideas that he has mentioned in this thread. He is just doing what every single one of us has done in this forum. He is just expressing his view on the movie "Matrix Reloaded". He did not mention anything about having proof, so I would assume that this is a theory/idea of his. I just feel that no matter if someone is a rookie or a veteran in this forum, they should be treated with the same respect. I really don't think anyone here would like it if he considered your ideas and threads "crap" and wanted it to "die the swift death that it deserves".
Well for one, his post doesnt read as a theory to me, but like many others who claim to have inside knowledge or sources. Secondly, I would post a link to another thread in which me and my ideas were judged much more harshly, but apparently it was so bad it was deleted. And third, and this one is just my instinct I could be completely wrong. But I get the idea that Deepthroat is not actually a rookie but in fact someone who has been posting here all along and either created a new user name for anonymity or perhaps because they were banned. Hence my apology if they truly are a new user. I am going against my own advice by posting this reply, but I felt the need to somewhat defend my statement, which I stand by.
In fact just to support my first statement I would like to quote this specific part of Deepthroats original post which lead me to my beliefs.
quote:
Larry and his brother do enjoy puzzling views to encorage their imagination but we feel that it is a little to extreme on this issue.
Correct me if I'm wrong but based on that statement it sounds to me like he is saying he is somehow involved with the W.bro's. And hey if he is then I'm the big ass here, but that's a risk I'm willing to take.

I guess it really all depends on how each person interprets the post. Since I have seen a large amount of posts/threads on this forum that have seemed like the person was an "insider" or "knew information without proof", I have just grown to just realize that maybe they do know inside info, or maybe they don't. It isn't a huge deal either way. It is best if that person states that it is only theory or that they have proof, but not everyone is going to do that.
But, pretty much, I guess it all depends on how each individual interprets the post.
Deepthroat:
Some suggestsion:
#1) When you post, it usually helps to say things like "I think" or "this detail seems to support this idea" (or, "IMHO") rather than suggesting that others are simply expressing confusion that you'll clear up. That pisses some people off, as you can understand.
#2) Avoid the royal "we" at all costs! As in "we feel that it is a little to extreme on this issue." (and if you're going to adopt a regal attitude, at least spell it right ) Even if you are a plurality, referring to yourself as a singular might prevent other's getting irritated.
#3) Browse around on the threads awhile. Sad to say, but it's very unlikely that your "idea" hasn't been stated already. Doesn't mean you can't state it, but connect it to, and add to, what others have already said. Acknowledge their insights. While its incourteous to trash you for not acquainting yourself with other's work, its equally incourteous for you not to acquaint yourselves with others work.
