Unhappy hulk movie post #2  quote:

I am having an incredibly difficult time digesting how awful the entire film was. I can only think of a very few good things. Eric Bana was not too bad, but I didn't think anyone else wanted to be there. The graphics were fine, but I felt I was kept waiting far too long to get a good look at him. If someone feels different, I would love to hear it, but I have to say, I just watched a really long crapfest.

Thumbs up post #3  quote:

I actually enjoyed the movie. I was not expecting an all out action fest. Any fan of the Hulk knows that it's always been more about Bruce Banner then the actual Hulk. I do feel they dragged it on a little bit but overall it was done well and explained the story well.

4/5 Stars

So.....let me ask this...how is it for a kid to watch? Would it be exciting for him or boring? He wants to see the movie, and I promised I would take him..but from what I can see from the few posts the actual hulk is not in it that much...or is he? I dont think I have a choice since I promised him...but what do you all think? And has there been any other kids that said they liked it?

I would appreciate any insights...thanks!

hmm....

The hulk was in it a lot in the 2nd half and I really enjoyed the movie. My wife has a short attention span and she did not like it very well. A kid may or may not like it depending on how much of a Hulk fan he/she is... keep in mind that this is not a Spiderman or Superman type hero. The Hulk's powers come from pain and anger. When he becomes the hulk he is not out looking for good deeds to perform. I think depending on the age/interest level of child, it could go either way. Let us know how it goes!

Well.....My husband and I took him to see it tonight...we got back a little while ago. My son thought it was great!! He was really interested and never got bored at all during the movie. My husband thought it was better than Spiderman, and surprisingly..so did I! I really enjoyed it...Im hoping that they come out with another one...they certainly left it open to do so. Im glad I saw it! So...I do recommend it to anyone..the special effects were pretty good also!

0/5 STARS. This movie sucked - all the hype was not what it seemed. I loved it when he was the Hulk....but other then that, this movie drags on and on and on. Nothing compared to spider-man or Xmen.
I wish i would have found someone that downloaded the movie instead of wasting the money to see it.
To make matters worse - I sat through 32 minutes of movie previews before the movie even started.

Well it seems you went to the theater to early soo dont blame anyone for that. Plus the movie was fine. Like you guys said it doesnt revolve around the hulk bruce is the main thing of it. I think its better they waited a while to show the hulk. its like a scary movie the earlier and more they show the killer the more you dislike the killer. a real hulk fan or good audiance for that matter would understand that logic.

Hulk is an excellent action/drama and science-fiction film based on the classic superhero or antihero: The Incredible Hulk...The only real difference is I had good expectations for Hulk. It failed them miserably.

Seriously.

I have no problem with the special effects on the first one. That was all good. Dude who played Bruce Banner was good. And I'm a big Ang Lee fan, but the first Hulk was total ****.

I heard this new one is a reboot in a way. They are basically ignoring the first one and not even worrying about backstory. He's Hulk from the get-go.

Hulk was the 2003 movie of Jennifer Connelly and Eric Bana...right? Blade Trinity was crap, but it was so much better than Hulk... How can a movie be 'worse' than crap...

Some says that there is another part of this film..could it be better than the first..?
