New Balance presents the ?Mid-Century Modern? pack post #1  quote:

Continuing their Made In USA ?Distinct Collection? with themes inspired by distinctly American subjects, new balance shoes uk presents the Mid-Century Modern pack this fall. After coloring up their classic runners with colors inspired by other American themes like authors and guitars, now the brand turns their attention to the Mid-Century Modern architecture and interior design movement of the 1950?s and ?60?s.

The four-shoe collection presents the 990, new balance 996, 997, 998 in the premium materials you expect from the Made In USA collection with color cues taken from the color palettes of Mid-Century Modern design. Each favorite silhouette also comes constructed with woven textile and Horween leather detailing for one of the most refined offerings from the brand ever. Along with the four shoes, limited edition posters were created by hand at Repeat Press in Somerville, MA on a vintage 1960?s Vandercook SP-20 letterpress. Each poster for the corresponding shoe is individually numbered and limited to 1,000 prints. The New Balance Mid-Century Modern pack and posters will be available at finer retailers globally beginning August 1st.

The new balance 999 recently got a boost in interest thanks to the Bostonian brand smartly outfitting the silhouette in a summer-ready ?White Out? aesthetic. Usually prone to Elite tendencies, the running model returns here with a look more reminiscent of its lineage thanks to suede tooling and a bolstered mesh on the toebox for what they?re calling the ?Rider?s Club?. Earthy tones of Grey and Tan combine throughout to make its appearance more appropriate for the colder months while touches of a deep red arrive on the branding and laces for a splash of mature and refined color. Throw in a gum outsole and this release definitely showcases the grown-up side to New Balance?s color blocking skills.

There is not much to dislike about new balance 580 and when they deck out a silhouette in a bulletproof colorway, it?s just a reminder that the brand rarely fails on a release. This next drop is dedicated to the wave chasers out there and those that can?t escape life long enough to enjoy a day off at the nearest beach.

The New Balance 999 is covered in a greenish blue hue known as sea foam and it washes over the entire upper. The suede build, mesh toe and leather accents are all hit with the hue while a pastel-flavored midsole helps to establish a bit of contrast as well. A polka dot sock liner serves as a great finishing touch by giving the sneaker that added bit of personality that is so necessary in making it stand out. These sneakers are set to land at select new balance 850 retailers in the near future so if you?ve been dying to catch a wave but don?t want to spend a vacation day, they just might do the trick.
