Parole for Serial Murderers? post #1  quote:



I can only name one though I am certain there are others. Henry Lee Lucas was released on parole to continue his murdering spree. Do you think all serial murderers should be sentenced without parole? or should every one be eligable? Why or why not?

The Lucas parole situation was a crazy one, even Manson goes up for parole every so often. But These days the most severe crime are punished with either death or life with no parole. The green river killer got consecutive life's with no parole i believe. Dhamer got 15 life's with no parole. Ed Gein didn't get parole either i'm pretty sure this is standard practice for serial murderers these days.

I'm with you Dekka no parole no way no how. Its bad enough the get instant celebrity status. I just saw some preiview for a miniseries from lifetime movie network called The capture of the green river killer. So a serial murderer who discards the bodies of wives mothers and daughter like trash deserves an 8o'clock spot on sunday night tv. That's cool you kill people and now your a tv star. Throw a way the keys he's had his fun.

Yeah ok definately no parole... I saw that miniseries about that green river killer and that guy was crazy.. It really was a good basis for a tv movie..
