Making Mysterio slip a blood capsule into his mouth was the ultimate fake.
For you information "SMACKDOWN WRITING TEAM" ...... If a head injury is caused like you portrayed in your little skit....Blood would seep from the ears, eyes or nose.
Blood coming from the mouth results from internal body injuries, mouth injuries or biting a blood capsule to put on a show. There is no direct route from the top of the skull to the mouth unless pierced by a bullet or spike like object.
Don't worry people, Mysterio will show up and may put on a bit of a groggy act but he is fine.
