Firstly what I have written is mainly speculation and heresay but these rumpurs have been the same in many diffrent circles.
Also there is a possible spoiler for what happens on Raw ( again not confrimed) so don't read all the way to the bottom of this article if you like surprises.
Vince McMahon will be opening Raw this Monday night and apparently he is going to address the problem that most WWE fans have known for months - Raw has problems.
The reason for Vinces apperance is that the Raw ratings are slipping week on week so much so that the USA network have called Vince for an explanation and will help produce this weeks RAW. As I said rating have slipped but last weeks figures of 2.5% are pathetic although the figures were incorrect WWE has been warned the updated figures won't go much higher than 3% at best.
Rumour has it that Vince addressing the situation has been in the pipeline for weeks and Vince has been having meetings with all executives, trainers and storywriters to "think outside the box" and when it comes to RAW and push the limits like they did in the late 90's.
What apparently has been discussed are the following:
Bring back the Rock - rejected
Bring back Brock Lesner - Rejected
Keep DX together - put on the backburner due to the injury situation
Bring Back Bischoff - He does not want the job
So this is the angle Vince is apparently going for on Monday so if you don't want to know stop reading:
On Monday Vince will make his appearance at some point Mr Kennedy will come out and proclaim he knows who tried to blow up Vince in that limo it will turn out to be Linda McMahon. Ths will lead to a McMahon family war - again. as a reward Mr Kennedy and Vince will team up which will see him get a title shot in a triple threat match at Summerslam.
All I have to say is that if this true and this is thinking outside the box that is going to "save" Raw - R.I.P. Raw.
