After having what was claimed to have been an appendectomy in the on Thursday and being discharged on Friday, Lindsay Lohan hit the clubs again. The 20-year-old was spotted heading to a club in West Hollywood, leaving at 2:30 am. Check out footage, and several comments from people who claim to have had the procedure who say such a miraculous recovery is impossible.

Justin Timberlake confirmed he's broken up with girlfriend Cameron Diaz but tells The Toronto Star he "can't talk about it." Freelance reporter John Hiscock got the news out of JT at the premiere of "Alpha Dog" last Wednesday, to which Justin brought his mom as his date.People reports that after the premiere Justin took off for L.A. hot spot Social Hollywood for an hour long "one on one" with freshly on the market Scarlett Johansson. The two are appearing together in Justin's video for "What Goes Around." They have been spending a lot of time together off the set in Los Angeles. A source says: "Things just didn't work out between Justin and Cameron. They decided to part ways — but they didn't tell anyone. He's got a tour coming up this year and wanted to concentrate on that, but it seems he's really hit it off with Scarlett while working on the video."

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline agreed to a temporary custody arrangement to get them through the month of January. Britney and Kevin will have joint legal custody of their two children, but Britney will have most of the physical custody, while Kevin will visit the kids from noon to 4:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Spears' home. Under the agreement, Spears can be present, but no one can interfere with Federline's right to be with the children. Federline is also allowing Spears to take the kids to Florida for one week in January.
Britney Spears' behavior on New Year's Eve might end up costing her $400,000. According to a source, Britney won't be getting her appearance fee from Pure nightclub in Las Vegas because she failed to spend the agreed-upon amount of time there and had to be carried out. And to make matters worse, Britney's reps are saying she fell asleep at the club, which made the club owners furious because it suggests their place is boring.

An Atlanta man has been arrested and charged with attempting to extort $1.5 million from Oprah Winfrey. Thirty-six-year-old Keifer Bonvillain has been accused of illegally recording conversations with a Harpo employee he met at a party over two years ago. The complaint claims that Bonvillain threatened to publish a book based on the unflattering comments the employee made uinless he received a substantial amount of cash. Oprah don't play like that, so the FBI was called in. They set up a sting where Bonvillain was supposed to show up at a park to get his $1.5 million in exchange for the tapes, but instead, the FBI was there to slap the cuffs on him.

Marilyn Manson's marriage to burlesque star Dita Von Teese is over after just one year. Dita filed for divorce over Christmas, but hasn't been able to find Marilyn to have him served with the papers. Dita blames irreconcilable differences as the reason for separation, but sources say Marilyn's alcohol use was a huge factor. One source says, "She tried to tell him she was divorcing him, but she can't even get him on the phone. She's moved out of the house and he hasn't even noticed."

"House" co-stars Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer got engaged in Paris over the holidays. Spencer plays Dr. Robert Chase and Morrison plays Dr. Allison Cameron. Both are 27.
