Despite attending "several" Alcoholics Anonymous meetings this week, Lindsay Lohan drank champagne and made a big scene at the GQ Men of the Year dinner - all under the watchful eye of her hard-partying mom, Dina Lohan. When the Lohans arrived at the Sunset Tower she "flipped out" after seeing Jessica Biel with her assistant. Biel's assistant used to work for Lindsay but she quit several months ago. According to a witness, Lindsay started screaming, "If she stays, I'm outta here! I can't look at that girl! I can't believe you would allow an assistant in here - she doesn't belong in here!" Everyone heard her screaming including Will Ferrell who turned to Leo DiCaprio, Al Gore and Ben Affleck and said, "Who cares about that freak anymore, anyway?" Later, Lindsay tried flirting with Leo, but he wasn't havin' it! When Johnny Knoxville arrived later in the evening, the two began nuzzling and necking - until her ex, Harry Morton, appeared. A Hollywood photo agency is suing Perez Hilton for copyright infringement, claiming that Perez used their pictures on his website without getting permission. That just so happens to violate a federal law, and they are seeking over $7.5 million in damages. The agency says Perez's website wouldn't be nearly as successful without all of those juicy pictures he posts... pictures they say he stole. Perez says he hasn't been served with any papers yet and he and his lawyers will deal with it when they have an opportunity to review the lawsuit.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have bought a British mansion to add to their collection of homes. They paid $4.75 million for a six bedroom house just outside of London. Well she had a c-section with him, and if she had one with the first, things are not going to get super tight in your abs like they were before. No one would falt her for that.
