I'm done with "LOST". I'm sick of not getting answers to the questions on the show. I'm also sick of the "breaks" they take!!!! Are they smoking something or what?!?! For two years now, they've been taking multiple, month long breaks only to have the "New episode" be nothing but a recap of the season to that point. The Fox show, "24" tried taking these "extended breaks" two years ago (I think) and caught an ear full from their viewers and stopped the practice. No, Fox, avoids the World Series and the Superbowl all together and will come on after those events are done. "LOST" has decided that they will take a 13 WEEk hiatus, after airing only (6) six pathetic new episodes??!!??!!! What the FRACK (from BSG) is going on?!?!?! My wife, LOVED this show (along with the only four TV shows that she ever watches) , but she gave up on it last year because of all the "breaks". I stuck it out until the third episode of this year, then I gave up the ghost. For me, the first episode of this season, "jumped the shark". Now, I'm done. I started "not watching" @ episode two and its been easier than I thought. Now that I've read that they're going to take a 13-week hiatus, it just makes our seperation from the show that much easier.
Well, we've known, for a couple months, that they were going to air six episodes, and then go on break. They will come back with new episodes, until the season finale. Sure, it sucks... but you try getting everything shot, and ready, in time. They didn't want to do a bunch of replays, so this is what they did. Personally, I'm a bit miffed that we're not getting enough answers... but, I'm not giving up on one of the best shows on tv. BTW, glad to hear that you're a BSG fan. We have a forum on this board... there are three of us in there, regularly. Stop by... and have a FRAK'ing good time.
Personally, I am not a Lost fan, but if a show I dug like that would break for two months I'd go ape. Especially a show like this where it's all mysterious and tries to keep you guessing.
Well, look how we were just between seasons of BSG, Heck! We were going nuts. But, I'm not going to just give up on a show if I really like it. And I still like Lost. I look forward to Wed nights.

Right... I agree, and I would also be upset. But, I wouldn't give up on the show.
Then again, Lost is losing a lot of viewers, because of them not answering questions about things. Just piling on more mystery. But, if we found out too much, then they couldn't continue to have a show.
