Spoilers

Woah, this is what it's all about. I think this was the best episode since Season One and the mini series. The whole show rocked, it worked, wasn't no boring stuff, it was awesome.

When Galactica FTL'd into the atmosphere, dropped while burning up, then FTL's back into orbit, that's the coolest thing I seen since Neo fought the burley brawl.

And when Pegasus did it's suicide run into that base star, I about had a hemorrhage in my brain.

And when Starbuck pig stuck dude again, after playing him AGAIN, I yelled a woo-hoo.

And when little abomination kid, aint even a cylon, but a trick and Starbuck was being played, I didn't see that comin and I like being surprised.

And when those Vipers came out of the FTL Galactica in the atmosphere and started kicking ass, that my friend was like the first time I got drunk, it just felt good on so many levels.

And when the Pegasus was gunning that basestar when it first showed up, and blew it to smithereens, that was so cool, I about passed out.

And when Col Tigh whacked his old lady by putting poison in her drink, that part made me very happy to be alive.

And when Adama shaved his porn stash, as Heck! calls it, and he went out he was all pimped out, then I can admit it, I got a little teary.

They really hit a home run with this one, the first few shows this season were good, but they were not the money episodes like this one. They were set up for this one.

It was a GREAT episode... brought back that early in the first season feeling. Action. I loved everything about it. The talk between Sam and Tigh was great. "If you don't do it... someone else will." Giving Ellen that poison drink was a great way to do it. "Just go to sleep." And she did. That's what happens when you screw a toaster, and show him the human twist. There is nothing worse. TRAITOR!

I loved that Kasey wasn't Starbucks kid. I didn't want to find that another half-breed was around. And that she was going to be strapped with a kid. She needs to get back to herself, cut that hair (though she's hot with that long hair), and get back into the pilots seat. I loved when Starbuck played that damn toaster, and knifed him. That was great.

When the peeps were on New Caprica, and the BSG dropped down... damn, that was frakkin' hot. Watching the fighters launch during that drop was kick ass. And then, they just pulled out, and disappeared. What a great plan that was. We all knew that Apollo would pull a Han Solo, and show up. That he sacrificed the Pegasus... that was ace. Watching it slam into the basestar... and as it exploded, a huge piece of it went into another basestar. Two of the toaster basestars, gone... thanks to the Pegasus.

The reunion back on BSG was great. The way people were, over seeing each other again... and just celebrating.

I'm wondering about something though... does Laura Roslin think that she's just "Automatically" the President of the Colonies again? I don't know that I agree with that, at all. So, it will be interesting to see what happens. I'm wondering what Tom (Richard Hatch) will do now. He and Laura seemed to grow, as friends.

I guess that Baltar is with the cylons now... for good. There's no way that the humans will want him back. Especially after seeing the previews for next week. A group of peeps, from NC, are taking out certain people. I'm wondering if those that are missing are the ones who became the New Caprica "police" and the humans are whacking 'em, and tossing 'em off the ships, or something. Can you imagine if Baltar was on the BSG? He would be killed, after they tortured him, for a long time.

Exodus, Part 2 post #4  quote:

Standing watch over the civilian fleet, Lee Adama confides to his wife that his father and the Galactica cannot hope to survive their rescue mission to New Caprica. Dualla comforts him with the knowledge that the civilian fleet will live on to preserve the memory of such great heroes.

On New Caprica, the insurgents count down the final minutes until the uprising begins. Ellen Tigh and her husband share a tender moment before he poisons her. The insurgents can't allow her to live after the betrayals she has committed. She dies in his arms, and he weeps, heartbroken, over her body.

At the sound of the first explosions, the Cylon leaders rush to the windows of Colonial One and look out on a city that is bursting into flame. Outside, human civilians race for their designated evacuation points as Anders, Tyrol and Tigh lead the insurgents into battle. Anders assaults the detention center while Tyrol and Tigh fight toward the shipyard. For her part, Laura Roslin guides a small group to reclaim her old home, Colonial One.

Amid the confusion, the Galactica Jumps into low atmosphere and launches Vipers to cover the insurgents on the ground. When the Galactica returns to space, however, four powerful Cylon base ships quickly surround it. Utterly outmatched, Adama and his crew prepare to go down with their ship. Then Lee and the Pegasus arrive, weapons blazing. That surprise buys the Galactica's crew just enough time to repair their faster-than-light drive and escape. But the Pegasus, overwhelmed by the base ships, is doomed. Lee puts the Pegasus on a ramming trajectory with a base ship and gives his crew the order to abandon ship.

On the planet, liberated prisoners join the evacuation as Anders storms through the detention center. He finds Starbuck lying unconscious from an assault by Leoben. Anders carries her to safety, but she awakens and insists on returning to her prison for baby Kacey. There, she finds Leoben and Kacey waiting for her. Leoben will give up the child only if Starbuck meets one unnerving condition: she must tell Leoben that she loves him.

The Cylons know that they've lost control of the colony. They evacuate, but leave D'Anna behind to detonate a nuclear bomb in their wake. Thus, despite the selfless courage of the insurgents and the crews of Galactica and the Pegasus, the lives of all humans on the planet might unexpectedly depend upon the only man who can stop D'Anna: Gaius Baltar.

yeah, cylon collaberators, looks like they are getting mock trials, and disposed of. That's aight in my book.

And yeah, Roslin just acts like she is the President again, so there goes the democracy out the door.

Only plot hole in this episode was the nuke part. The whole city was gone already except for about 15 people, the one's with Roslin and the presidents ship, and Xena is off to set off the nuke.

What for? It was a little late for that.

Well, not everyone made it off the planet... I don't think. But, I think that D'Anna (Lawless) wanted to nuke the planet, because they thought that the humans wouldn't make it off of the planet. Or, they wanted to make it so that it's never inhabital again.

I assume she wanted to nuke the place to smoke any remaining people and to make sure humans couldn't live there at all. Plus the Cylons are kind of dicks like that.

I think everyone would be more than happy to have Roslin as president again. Even Zerrick was saying he wished chick would have stolen the election.

They need to give chick a crown and freakin' gold undies if she wants. See what a little democracy does? You get stuck on a douchey planet that gets taken over by toasters. I would never vote for anyone but her ever never ever.

Well, I can understand that... but, after everything that they have all been through, I still think that it shouldn't just be assumed. I could change my mind, later on though.

Speaking of Roslin, as you know, I have never found her that good looking of a woman. Even in Dances with Wolves.

However, I'm over at scifi.com, looking for BattleStar related stuff, and I see this pic of a chick, and it looks like Roslins good looking daughter. I watch the vid, and it's her, but she has on 3 tons of makeup, and she has lost some wieght in her face.

I don't think she was nessesarily hot, but she was almost up to standard.

She's a handsome woman. If I was older I'd try to tap.

I still like her from Sneakers. Man that movie was cool. It's so underrated it's a crime.

Well yeah, of course, but you gotta give the old girl some love. Older chicks know what's the deal.

But I'd still take Boomer in a NY minute- which I hear is about 58 seconds.
