30 tiles = Daegon
40 tiles = Pyramid of Arus (stage)
50 tiles = Blaze
60 tiles = Taven (Complete Konquest Mode)

If you missed some items, you can resume your profile and play Konquest Mode again to get the items you missed. You do have to go through the entire mode again to keep the item(s) though.
