Police yesterday issued a warrant for the arrest of a man who tried to force a woman to drink a cup of sperm after following her into an alley in Panchiao City, Taipei County over the weekend.
Police suspect that the man might be the same person who spilled a cup of sperm on a high school girl as she was walking in same neighborhood four months ago.
Tseng Ying-ting, 21, who works at a beauty parlor in Panchiao, told police that the suspect looked like a college student, was about 175 centimeters tall and weighed around 75 kilograms. The suspect fled the scene after Tseng screamed for help.
Tseng said that as she went past the man on the street, he grabbed her and forced a cup near her month.
"(At first) I thought he was a student who was trying to run past me to catch a bus on the main street," she said.
Tseng said she was so disgusted she could not function properly or concentrate on her work over the past two days.
The police have obtained an image of the suspect from a surveillance camera and are asking for help to identify him and for information on his whereabouts.
Yang Tsung-tsai, director of the psychiatry department of Tien Medical Center, said that judging from his behavior, the man might be suffering from some kind of mental disorder.
The suspect appears to be lacking in confidence and seems to have problems developing friendships with people of the opposite sex, Yang said.
A spokesman for the police said they tried but failed to find the man who committed a similar crime in Panchiao four months ago. The police have conducted DNA test on the sperm they found at the time and compared it with other samples from sex-related crimes in recent years, the spokesman said. |
