BB7- All Stars - 7/16/06 post #1  quote:

I dont know if I agreed with Kaysar's decision. He basically put two prettty weak players in the elimination. His theory was that he wanted to make stir things up in the house.

I dont think he stirred things up in the house with the two he picked.

Unless the sixers win all the HOH challenges...they might have a battle afterall....I mean they have dominated the first two in HOH, but if they lose the next...they will have something to really conquer.

I really dont want the sixers to rule ALL of the HOH quests....that would be too boring, even for me.

KING KEEPS ENEMIES CLOSE

Nakomis and Diane on Block

In a move that leaves Chilltown laughing, Kaysar nominates dissenting voters Nakomis and Diane onto the block. S-6 remain in power with Kaysar in the HoH Room and lieutenants Janelle and Howie protecting his back. But where is James?

S-6 STILL REIGN SUPREME
James is glad that Alison is gone. "I don't have to worry about Danielle killing me in my sleep," he explains. Jase has little emotion about losing Alison, admitting, "I don't give a crap about anyone in this house except me." Janelle feels safe that the only person in the house going after her is gone. Danielle can't believe she's still in the house and curries favor with Janelle by playing up the fact that Alison was all about going after her should she survive eviction. High on her S-6 alliance maintaining the power balance in the house, Janelle breaks ranks and spills to Danielle, outing Diane as one of the dissenting votes. Mike calls Kaysar's HoH win "a disaster," while Will plans on just ignoring him.

MI CASA, SU CASA
Kaysar moves into his new HoH Room. "Get your fat ass in here, Will," Howie yells as they run upstairs. The HoH Room has changed completely for Kaysar, with a new bedspread, new chairs, and even a Zegna sweater, which Marcellas coos over, commenting that the piece will look "really good on him with his dark hair and dark eyes." Nakomis wants HoH even more now as she thinks it "nifty" that the Room is changed to suit each different player. Janelle grins excitedly that she wants a pink room, while Marcellas wants a circus theme, and Mike wants a "Boogified environment" when he moves in.

Kaysar and Howie discuss Will and Mike as the next potential nominees. "Both Chilltown and Nakomis' group are coming after us. We need to make them fight each other," Kaysar tells Howie as Janelle joins them. James is keeping his distance from the S-6 alliance, claiming he is trying "to hang out with everybody" to get more information on what is going on in the house. But Janelle thinks James is being a sneak and trying to play all sides again. She heads out into the hallway to ask him to join them in the HoH Room. James spills that Jase is with Chilltown 100%, and that Nakomis is the other strongest player. Howie backs the idea to pit the two groups, Chilltown and Nakomis' alliance, against each other by putting one of each on the block. Kaysar says he hasn't made the decision of who to nominate yet as he wants to "get the biggest bang for his buck" while he is in power.

BUDS OF ROMANCE?
Kaysar and Erika are playing pool when she asks if he's no longer into brunettes and now into blondes. Kaysar swears that he's into "good girls," regardless of the hair color. Erika smiles at his answer and seems to be developing a crush on him. "Okay, I'll marry you," she gushes, but points out that she is a Jewish girl and he is a Muslim. No problem for this guy, though, as Kaysar smiles, "Then we'll send the world a message." Later in the kitchen, Erika continues the flirtation, asking if Kaysar has ever been in love. He admits that he's been close, but not in love. She reveals that her five-year relationship has recently ended, and tears begin to flow. Apparently Erika has had a bad few months, as her dog died and then her boyfriend broke up with her. She tearfully admits that her life is now like a country western song. After Kaysar cheers her up, Erika plants her claims in new territory, announcing, "Okay, Kaysar, I'll be your girlfriend." Kaysar laughs, "See, that was easy."

"Pale is the new tan," Will reports, after Howie remarks on how white-upon-white the young doctor's skin appears. Will can't understand why Howie is so obsessed with him. (Can anyone say "Howie's new Busto?") Will argues that as a dermatologist, why would he get a suntan and not take his own advice? Of Howie's ongoing attentiveness to everything about Will, he admits, "I find Howie entertaining for about five minutes (only)," adding cuttingly that he's a "one-trick pony." Will is also critical of Howie's intellectual capacity and later delivers a low blow, saying Howie's face is so wrinkled that "it's a slip-and-slide for fleas." James pipes in at that point, charging Will with turning the biting wordplay from being fun to now being ugly. Will is undeterred, sniping, "If Howie and I had a battle of wits, it wouldn't be fair as Howie is unarmed."

Meanwhile, out in the yard, Howie busts Jase hanging out in the hot tub with the Chilltown boys. Jase tries to work Janelle's pseudo-bond with him by pretending to rat on the Chilltown crew. But will Janelle fall for his smooth routine? As a reward for his apparent alliance with his crew, Will is considering letting Jase have a Chilltown club card. But does he really trust Jase?

THE SLIPPERY, THE SLIMY AND THE SLOP
This season tarantulas have replaced the fish tank as the house entertainment. While they are off-putting to some of the HouseGuests, Mike prefers them to other pets in the house, like "Janelle the shark (and) James the snake," as at least the spiders are locked up.

The rumor of the Food Competition spreads that it is bugs for breakfast. Erika hates bugs, and even Kaysar pleads, "I don't wanna eat bugs. I don't wanna eat bugs." The guys contemplate the insects on the wall as their potential food choices. Mike, ever the culinary king, says that with the appropriate sauces the bugs could be palatable. Howie pipes in that anything cooked in Wesson oil would also be good.

The Food Competition is announced. Each HouseGuest is given bibs (overalls) and a bandana, "which was not very Janey-like," Janelle scolds. As the HouseGuests exit the house, they spy the BIG BROTHER Barnyard. The area is filled with corn and a big trough of slop. "It looked bad it smelled bad," Will admits. The two teams are each placed in a corral. Split into three teams of two, each twosome must run to the trough with one arm tied to their partner and search for rats that are hidden in the slop. The only way they can find the rats is with their mouths. After each team member picks up a rat in their teeth, they then run back to their corral and drop the rats into a "cage." At that point, the next team is released to run to the trough and fish for rats. "The trough is like vomit," Danielle complains, "It's nasty."

Nakomis, partnered with Marcellas, makes a mistake and returns to the cage with her bandana in her mouth instead of a rat, which outrages Marcellas. "How do you not know the difference between a rat and a bandana?" After a messy race, the red team emerges as the winner, meaning that Mike, Will, George, Jase, Diane and Erika will be eating well the next week. Meanwhile the blue team, which includes the S-6 alliance, Marcellas and Nakomis, will be feasting on the remains of the Competition. Marcellas assigns blame for the loss on Nakomis and her bandana mishap. Jase smiles smugly at the thought of the S-6 eating slop for the entire week.

OUR HERO
Excited by his winning status, Will dives back into the slop while still attached to Erika, who is hurt in the process. White Knight Kaysar comes to the rescue and Will realizes he has actually hurt the fair Erika in his enthusiasm. As all America joins in a collective sigh over Kaysar's chivalry at coming to his lady's aid, Erika shyly smiles in the Diary Room, "I love Kaysar."

On the winning team, Diane smiles that while she feels a little bad for the losers, she "will be laughing internally" as they suffer this week. Danielle is definitely unimpressed by her losing status, asking "You do realize I am an ALL-STAR?"

TREMOR IN THE FORCE
"A Jedi gets his power from his ability to control the force," Howie reminds himself as he practices his light saber skills. Bored, George volunteers to become Howie's "understudy, his apprentice (and) his disciple." George's "master" instructs him to let go of his hate. George good naturedly admits, "Deep down inside, (Howie) has a good heart." Howie reminds him though that the Force is not impenetrable, as "getting voted off the TV show would be equal to a tremor in the force."

After cleaning up from the Food Competition, Kaysar summons Chilltown to the HoH Room. Kaysar reveals his strategy: weed out some of the stragglers. Mike agrees, admitting he hates people who coast to the end. Will doesn't trust Kaysar for a second, but Mike says the floater eviction is a good idea. In the Diary Room, Mike comes clean, admitting he really thinks it would be a major mistake if Kaysar did not nominate his Chilltown alliance this week. Kaysar proposes an arrangement that when Chilltown are HoH, they will go after floaters if he doesn't put them up this week.

BAITING THE LINE?
Nomination time has arrived, and Kaysar has to pick two people for the block. Will doesn't believe that Chilltown is safe. Diane doesn't think she'll be nominated, but then muses that in "this house, any excuse is used to put people on the block." Jase says he feels safe, but if he is nominated, vengeance will be his. Kaysar is adamant that he wants to deliver a concussion blow, and Mike thinks he'll make a smart play, but who knows? Nakomis doesn't think she is regarded as a big threat and is going to try and stay in the background and let the other big personalities take the floor.

KAYSAR MAKES HIS CHOICE
Kaysar calls everyone to the Nomination Ceremony. After the introduction, Kaysar reaches for the first key, which is Howie's. The next key is Jase's, then James and Janelle. Marcellas's key is next, and slowly Will begins to smile as he suspects something is afoot. The following key is Erika's, then Danielle is announced as safe, followed by Mike. In a move that leaves Will speechless, his key is the next drawn; he is safe. The last key belongs to George. Nakomis and Diane are left on the block.

Obviously, Kaysar is targeting the small yet powerful alliance between these two strong players. Is this a bait-and-switch ploy to get one of the Chilltown Alliance onto the block with the PoV? Kaysar testifies that his move is all about getting Nakomis out. But Nakomis still has some fight in her and says she will "tear this house down" to make sure she remains in the game. Mike finds it laughable that he and Will are still in the house, admitting Kaysar had wasted a perfect "opportunity to get the strongest alliance out of the house."

Who are the ultimate targets of the nominations? Is it really Diane and Nakomis, or is more subterfuge afoot, and a bait-and-switch in Kaysar's cards? Find out Tuesday, when the Power of Veto Competition could change everything. Tune in for BIG BROTHER: ALL-STARS, Tuesday, July 18, at 8pm ET/PT, only on CBS.

What a DUMB-ASS move Kaysar made. Why in the hell did he put those two up?

It's NOT going to buy him extra time. You can BET YOUR ASS if Mike or Will get the HoH, they will NOT place "floaters" up, because they are easier to beat. They want to sixers out, and Kaysar was a blind fool.

Yes, I know that he's got a plan, and I'm sure that he is thinking about things that we aren't. Still... I would have the "Conquer and Divide" thing in my mind. Mike and Will are very strong, and they need to be taken out.

Great episode. I especially loved the scene between Erika and Kaysar. I thought that it was really sweet that he was listening to her, and allowing her to just get that stuff out.

EXACTLY! STUUUUUPID move!

I think he does have things in mind...but IF the sixers dont win HOH again...then his plan wont work...plans change when HOH's change.

I dont think Erika should get involved with him. I dont like him (mainly because of what he did to Eric and James last season). Oh...he seems like a nice guy overall and he is certainly gorgeous....but trustworthy in life?? That I dont know.

I don't think that they are REALLY getting involved.
At least, I hope not. Erika said that they were together for FIVE years.
And, he just broke up with her in May. She is NOT ready for something.

Funny...here Im thinking that she is shmoozing him for a relationship...when in actuality, its probably a move on her part to get in good with that group so that she stays longer.

Now THAT would be smart on her part. I still however wouldnt put too much emphasis on that though if I were her. You never know when the other players will decide to break down that particular alliance.

Yeah... who knows. She might totally be trying to get in with the sixers by "bonding" with Kaysar. It will be interesting, to say the least.

I totally thought it was a move on her part, strategic.

I agree with you Mys on the way Kaysar and the rest of the Sixers messed with Eric, but since these are the only Sixers we get, I'm rollin' with Kaysar.

It was a lame move on his part putting up two people I barely recognize up. Who are they? Nakomy? Nikonda? Nawomis? And that brunette? Did she just walk in the house last week? Zuh?

I think Immunity might change things.

Probably not all of them...remember, they still dont like James. (Heard it from janelle herself)...

Now...why exactly would janelle think that James would be in cahoots with them so tightly. Does she not remember what they did to him last season?

Anyone know of any testing of silicone vs. brain affects?
