Houston Astros vs. New York Mets
Series Start: Friday July 21 2006. 7:10 EST
Shea Stadium Flushing, N.Y.
The Mets for all intents and purposes have the NL East wrapped up, while the Astros are looking to make another second-half run. The Mets have a strong home record, while the Astros' road record is horrid, so look for sportsbook to favor New York big here. Carlos Beltran (25), Carlos Delgado (22) and David Wright (20) gave the Mets three players with 20 or more homers at the All-Star break for the first time in franchise history. Houston does have big-game pitchers in Andy Pettitte and Roger Clemens, but Roy Oswalt is having a bit of a down year.
