No he actually isn't. He's stated several times in interviews that he isn't blind to the fact that he has effeminate qualities but he isn't a womanizer and doesn't have sex with every woman that crosses his path. He just is who he is and lives right now for his music.

Personally I don't give a rat's behind whether he is or isn't. As long as he keep singing I will be one happy girl.
