A calamity at Dante and Randall's shops sends them looking for new horizons - but they ultimately settle at Mooby's, a fictional Disney-McDonald's-style fast-food empire.
Brian O'Halloran .... Dante Hicks
Jeff Anderson .... Randal Graves
Rosario Dawson .... Becky
Jason Mewes .... Jay
Kevin Smith .... Silent Bob
Trevor Fehrman .... Elias
Kevin Weisman
Jennifer Schwalbach Smith .... Emma
Of course there will be cameo's by Jason Lee and Ben Affleck.
Honestly, I think Smith has run out of ideas for his View Askewverse. After this, he'll probably move onto something completely different (Jay and Silent Bob-less).
I personally think he should move into the Superhero/Comic Book Genre... but he's probably afraid of coming off as a "ME TOO!" kind of director.

He's always said that directing isn't his strong point which is why he enevtually backed out of the Green Hornet project.
I've seen Clerks II already (back in May) and can honestly say it's what Kevin does best - strong character-based comedy with a bit of drama and a message thrown in! It's definately a true return to form!

Clerks 2 opens today, let's get some INR review up in the mix. I will be seeing it this evening, might post a review this weekend. Can't wait though. Critics are giving it pretty good praise. Not that it normally matters to me, but at least it's a good sign.
