Before I give my rundown I must say a few things. I am so upset with the song choices for these kids . Last week I al most died when Kenny Rogers ( whom has had enough plastic surgery to look like Joan Rivers) kept telling the kids to slow down. His songs are his songs they are not Commercial as was Barry Manilow who has a trillion hits and coached the kids so well. It was a bad night for all of them last week
Now Queen is an 80's group. Half these kids have really never heard of them nor were even born. In spite of that the evening was entertaining. I disagreed with the Judges more then once.
Lets discuss. They put ACE down for doing a mediocre job. I am sorry but he was rocking and his line is constantly busy.
Here is how I see the group tonight and their perfoprmances
1. Taylor- A Crazy little thing called love. He brought the house alive and Simon didn't like him I wouldn't worry about him going anytime soon. He is an entertainer
2. Ace- We will Rock you and he did I felt a lot of star quality tonight and he won't be going anyplace soon
3.Elliot- Somebody To Love
I do believe his voice is the best of all but he doesn't have that "star" quality and thats why he is over looked and nearly got bumped last week. Its a shame we are human and we need to have our Idol Rock us
4.Katherine- Who wants to Love Forever. She was smart and changed her song from a rocking one to a ballad. She has a very nice voice but my heart belongs to Ace and Taylor.
5.Kellie - Bohemian Rapsody- She shocked me as she belted out this difficul.t song Quite good.
6.Chris-Inuendo-= I just admire him for belting out this song that Queen has never recorded
7. Bucky- Fat Bottomed Girls. Someone should give him diction lessons because even though he rocked tonight
If we can't understand him how can we honestly judge him?

8. Paris- The show must go on She has a certain appeal and can sing but she is not my favorite
Well thats it for tonight
Tomorrow I will pick the 3 losers prior to the show.(IMO)

Delta you never know with phone lines. I dialed the entire two hours for Taylor. My land line got through all but ten minutes. The cell never got through. Busy signals the whole time.
That's totally true, Sherry... sometimes you get through much easier on a land line, or vice versa. Last week, I couldn't get through on my cell, for Chris. But, I got through every time on my land line.... it was never busy... and, he wasn't in the bottom three.

Well judge me after the show. Its going to be a centimeter between Ace going home and Bucky but I haven't been wrong so far. I just can't pick the winners ever.
A friend told me I take out all the women and then go for the cutest guy. Oh well What do I know?

Well everone knows by now Ace got thru on looks and my Fan site will not be in vain.
The one that threw me was Elliot. I had no clue he could possibly be in the bottom 3.
Bucky deserved to be gone.
They wasted an hour on "Soap Opera" messages when they have all that talent sitting up there. Reminded me of Suvivor when they get the Home messages. I would have preferred to hear Taylor and the other safe ones sing. After all this is a "singing competetion' as Simon says all the time
Rod Stewart next week is so exciting. I look forward to a real singing night with ballads. Use to have every one of Rods CDS and Concerts but they are floating around New Orleans now. So am trying to replace everything I lost.

Just a little note here, Delta... I noticed that you posted that last post right when AI was starting for the west coast people. That's a spoiler post, and you need to keep such posts, in the future, in the spoiler thread, until after 9:30pm pst, or later, if the show runs later than that. It's really unfair to people who haven't watched the episode, and don't want to have it ruined for them.
