THE BUZZ: Sapphic overtones abound in this Rambo meets "West Wing" thriller from seasoned B-movie director Brian Trenchard-Smith. As our boss said, in ten years this will probably be re-released as a "Quentin Taratino Presents" film. While I'd never see this in a theater, I'll probably watch it everytimr it's on cable.
