Season three thoughts post #1  quote:

Well, we've got a good 6+ months until the third season starts. Until then, we can rewatch everything, and we can discuss it to death. But, I thought another thing that we could do was put out some thoughts as to what we think COULD happen in season three.

Yeah, I started a Season 3 spoiler thread just in case we do get some concrete evidence.

Well, this one will be for us to speculate, and say what we would like to see happen, or think will happen.

I'm thinking that Starbuck, and a bunch of others, are going to be involved in some underground group to take out the cylons.

Totally.

I for one am looking forward to Six talking to Baltar alone, when the Baltar in her head shows up, then the Six in Baltar's head shows up. I wonder if all four can see each other

Roslin said she saw Baltar and Six, what if she sees them together? ALSO- Boomer knows that Baltar is responsible. Will she sell them out? She was the Boomer that served on BSG all those years, she still cares about the crew, wouldn't she want to tell them?

With all those Basestars I don't see how the undermanned BSG and BSP can put up fight.

You know we have been trying to figure out how the pegasus goes down maybe this will be the way it happens, taking on a bunch of basestars so the others can get out. Who knows just a thought.

Maybe the BSP will be used as a decoy, and it will crash into some of the basestars. Or, they will put nukes in it, to take out some of them?

Or, maybe they will do it different, and not have the BSP be destroyed, or lost. Maybe they don't want to follow the OG BSG too much, that way people will just be guessing, and second guessing.

I'm hoping that Boomer, and #6, really do care about the humans, and will undermine the cylon plan. Who knows though, right?

Boomer was with chief before she was shot, and killed. When she was 'reborn' it was like her feelings never changed. But, for chief, it seems like they have. He's with Callie now, I believe. I think that he's the father of the baby. When he was giving that "Union leader" speech, and she was standing next to him, it looked like he touched her.

I'm thinking that Starbucks hubby, Sam, might die. With the possibility of Apollo and Starbuck getting together, down the road.... keeping that sexual tension going between them. But, who knows. I like her with Anders. He's a good guy... and I hope that he will be able to get the meds needed.

I predict the Cylon/Human hybrid will age quickly up to toddler age, either through fast aging, or a lot of "6 months later" at the beginning of episodes.

I predict Baltar will stay on a Cylon Base ship, like in the old series, and rule some feeble remnant of Humanity on the ship, and help chase the Colonial Fleet.

I predict that we will see a "good" Xena storyline, but she will get killed off by the other "bad" Xenas.

I predict I will never ever call Xena by her character name, but will always call her Xena instead, season after season.

I predict Starbuck will lose her husband, and kick some Cylon butt in a rage of fury.

KJ, turned this into the general discussion thread.

I really want to see more Cylon centurians, maybe even some of that cheesy robot voice. I hear we will see the Cylon homeworld, that will be cool. I hope they explain how they went from toasters to living, breathing humans.

Face won't show up, there was rumblings of an appearance but then he went off on how it's lame to have a female Starbuck, so then the chick that plays her snapped back, and so on. Some Starbuck rivalry.

Dirk Benedict is a jerk. Like he thinks that Starbuck could only be a male. Get over it.... sheesh!!! Dumb men and their egos.

I've been watching a lot of the original BSG, as I dvr it, when SciFi airs it. I would LOVE to have Boxy and Muffet on this new one. But, I guess that we've gotta wait, eh?

There was that prostitute, on that one ship, that Apollo was sacking... but she had a little girl.
