The end of last year, 200,000 Blacks had died from AIDS over past 25 years, equavalent to an mid size city!

I know there is a problem but the fgact is Malcolm it is people like you that are making the problem worse you as always are turning into a black vs white issue and it's not about that. If it was 74% of Scottish women I would not be making it a race issue like you that's for sure.
The fcat is Malcom and I am going to be brutally honest here with you but in most of the cases you mentioned if those vistims had used a condom or not shared needles then they would not be in this situation nowdays you have to either beleive you are invincible or just foolhardy to to not take precautions.

Look at the culture in the region. I saw a documentary on TV last year about why Africa was so hard hit. Many of the men there seek out prositutes and have unprotected sex. That is what is spreading the disease. Lack of the glove.

There have been numerous documentaries about the AIDS epidemic in Africa. There among the uneducated is that rumor that if you are positive and have sex with a virgin, it will cure you. It is a sad fact, not propaganda. It amazes me that for a disease that can be prevented by wearing a condom, people still go without.
I thought that was what all that Live-8 and G-8 summit that Bob Geldof was going on about was for, to help Africans. (And I am generalizing the continent here simply because I do not know the names of all the African continents countries or what the natives call themselves.)
It isn't as if the plight of Africa and all its countries are ignored. People do try to help as much as they can but there are political problems such as some of the Africa countries being controlled by Fascists and what-not.
You're not going to get an over night solution to any problem especially not in Africa. A continent which, for the record, is the poorest in the world in terms of health and economy.

This implies that Africans are responsible for condition? Africans are no less smarter than citizens of England? You and peers write as if Africans are animals. They are ( or can be) aware of methods to prevent AIDS disease.
People make a decision about wearing condoms. It is true that some areas of the world, the message is not as ingrained as in others. Still "If you want love, wear the glove" needs to go global.
