Roxanne, 26, an attorney at Winstead Sechrest & Minick, P.C., credits her parents – both professors at Arizona State University – with instilling the virtues of education in her at a young age. Moved by seeing Sandra Day O'Connor appointed as the first female U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Roxanne decided early on to pursue a career in the legal system. The Baylor University graduate earned her law degree from the University of Michigan. While studying law, Roxanne became a certified Jazzercise instructor and currently teaches three classes a week. Before going into private practice, Roxanne clerked for Justices Scott A. Brister and Craig T. Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas. Roxanne serves on the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Austin Affiliate Board and is active in her Riverbend church choir and young professionals group.

The interview shouldve gone like this...
"Hi my name is Roxanne and I really dont want to be the apprentice. I have no life and a lack of friends. I would like to hook up with a metrosexual british guy, a mousey voiced blonde idiot with a squeeky voice and maybe some brunette that looks similar to Sandra Bullock.... Oh the JOB for working for Trump..well thats secondary..because as long as I can last 13 weeks for a JOB interview and come out with a good ol buddy...thats all that matters"

It sounds to me like a BS excuse. Like when you're down ten runs in a baseball game and you're like, "well at least I had fun." That's is crapola. You have to be in it to win it or else don't play. If she wants friends, go to the YMCA.
Roxanne may not have been fired if she fingered Allie as the reason they lost the task. I thought she was much better than that! I agree with Bradford, she was a total dumba** in the boardroom.
