Bryce, 28, was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and attended the University of Kansas. While in school, his real estate ambitions were born when he and his parents purchased two town homes and renovated them. After the completion of the projects, he realized he had no intention of ever using his journalism degree. Bryce began working for Pulte homes in Kansas City, a Fortune 500 residential builder, shortly following his graduation. It wasn't long before he wanted more, and then at age 24, with little money and no real experience, he co-founded a high-end residential building company. Four years later, the Gahagan - Eddy Building Company currently builds many of Kansas City's finest custom homes with most projects exceeding $1.5 million. Bryce attributes his success to his family and the values his parents instilled: honesty, integrity, and ambition. He believes whatever you choose to do in life, do it, but do it better than anyone else.

You can tell he's a jerkface if you take a minute to study him. "Honesty, integrity, and ambition" are traits you attribute to yourself when you don't have any of those things.
He's like that dude in season two who won the first task and seemed pretty cool, but was a complete and utter ******* towards the end of his stay on the show. I've completely forgotten the dude's name, just like I'll forget this guy's name in a few months.

That's an excellent comparison... (going to find out that dude's name)
It was John.
Bryce is a poor-man's John... with a hair lip and a doofus haircut.
FIRRRRRRRRRST he says its a great idea of his.......
THENNNNNNNNNNNNN when it looks like its gonna suck, hes like well maybe we should change it to something else...
THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN he loves it when he wins.... only because Bathroom Andrea screwed it up...
In Marketing folks... four letters....
Keep, It, Simple....STUPID!
And I dont care if shes a millionare, stupid people can make millions. Stupid people can do a lot of things. Stupid people like Brent can make it on the Apprentice show...Stupid people can become president (IE Clinton)... anyone can make money.
It was Post Grape Nuts Trail Mix... not Post Grape Nuts Cluster F**K for the ad!!!!!
Yeah, Bryce was trying to find an out in case they lost and cover his own ass. That was lame. Charmaine called him on it though, good for her. After the win I'm sure he'll be all proud of the idea. Jerk.
I was picking Bryce to win it all after watching the first 3 minutes of tonights (apr 3) show but then his team arrived 25 minutes late and he said his team was not used to the traffic and didn't know how long it took to get anywhere and then in the same breath said he didn't actually know what time the team was supposed to be there , that is when I realized he wasn't Trump material. I don't see any man in the game at this point worthy of winning. Bring back Brent.....LOL....NOT
you go girls.

I just saw the board room and I realize that I do like Bryce the best. First of all I never liked the Trump attitude. (rich bastards...LOL)
FINALLY SOMEONE STANDS UP TO TRUMP. Go Bryce.
If I owned a company and I would hire Bryce in a heartbeat just from what I heard in the board room.
Karma, you take care of it and it will take care of you.
Can't we all just get along

Bryce has something money can't buy: integretity. I personally LOVE the way he stood up to Donald in the Boardroom. It showed balls. He was fair and kind to all his teamates. He's a class act who Donald should've HIRED not FIRED. I love Bryce's comments in the cab about not being afraid of Donald or Carolyn or Bill. And is it just me or does Bill have his nose straight up in the air? Get a grip BILL. He and Carolyn looked like a couple of yes-men in this episode. I also agree with Bryce's comment in the cab that he's the ONLY one in that group worthy of working for Donald. Trump really missed the boat on this one. He should've fired Lenny. Lenny is a phony and dead weight. And I'm sorry. but the Jewish kid should NOT have applied for the position if he knew it was going to interfere with his holiday observance. He might as well not be there at all. Donald Trump you messed up this one buddy!
I agree that it was cool to see Bryce stand up to The Donald, but bottom line he should have brought in Charmaine at least if he wanted to survive the Boardroom. Bryce may have stood up for himself, but he also threw himself under the bus. None of the other team would have stuck their necks out for him.
Lenny wasn't that bad on this particular task. I don't think he will be The Apprentice, but Lenny wasn't the reason they lost here.
