I wasn't sure where to put this so I have put it in this section.
For months now a Dolphin nicknamed Spinnaker has entertained hundreds of people in Portsmouth Harbor. The Dolphin was named after the new tower that dominates the skyline of Portsmouth Harbor.
Spinnaker has been a very friendly dolphin and has been seen playing in the Harbor and frolicking around the incoming and outgoing boats.
Arguably the Dolphin had been as big a draw to tourists as the tower it shares its name with.
Last night however tragedy struck.
As a tug boat worked in the Harbor the crew suddenly became aware of a strange noise. They found out that they had hit the dolphin.
The crew radioed the harbor master and a frantic search began to try and find the dolphin and save it. Despite the ongoing search Spinnaker has remained lost.
One rescue party almost caught it but it slipped away. Experts believe that the Dolphins tail has been cut off and it is given very little chance of survival without rescue.
Everyone around the Harbor, local people, workers and travelers are extremely saddened by the new of this tragedy and the man who almost caught the Dolphin is distraught.
