here's my theories...
1. if neo is to knockout the sentinels tru the hand thing, he has to be connected to the matrix, or unless, ZION IS ALSO A PART OF MATRIX. wow! this is a killer, everyone and everything is actually controlled by the matrix and that there's really no quest for freedom, just a scene looped over and over again. in other words....no free will.
2. the matrix could hav shutdown the sentinels since is about to destroy "The One" which is not to be terminated until he accompliched his task.
3. neo turned into a new age superhero.. hehehe.... well, he started to fly and in one scene when trinity is about to die. he is doing the patented fist first superman form.
