I don't care what state it's in... if you commit a heinous crime, such as murder, or child molestation, etc... then you deserve to have your life remove. PERIOD!!!

what i'd like to know is, what are the crime rates in the countries (or states for that matter) that use the death penalty as opposed to those that don't. i wonder if having the death penalty and using it affects the crime rate in any way.
