Why Does Texas Continue To Lead In Executions post #1  quote:

Why does Texas continue to execute 3 times as many as next state? Why does list remain the same? This is crazy?

Oklahoma 79
Missouri 66
Florida 60 (jeb Bush)

for some odd reason, while the word "Ganya" was still just a thought-dropping in my head, I thought it'd only be four letters. But apparently it's five. yep.

They're not what would be referred to as "Southern States"

I'm glad you didn't include the Katrina victims in the tally for State executions, malcolm. 'Cause, like, I kinda think they wouldn't count...

I don't care what state it's in... if you commit a heinous crime, such as murder, or child molestation, etc... then you deserve to have your life remove. PERIOD!!!

Anyway... Dekka, great job of showing TRUE facts!

yes, its not execution, its life removal.

good points btw Dekka

what i'd like to know is, what are the crime rates in the countries (or states for that matter) that use the death penalty as opposed to those that don't. i wonder if having the death penalty and using it affects the crime rate in any way.

Love is a very powerful force, especially when its formed into a coherent beam of death.

His guilt was never proven? A jury of his peers found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt

That's exactly what I was thinking, Ron. Isn't that was the judicial system is set to do?

Then again, they aren't perfect... after all, OJ Simpson got off, scott-free.
