And we finally get to see the next stage of the bad guys plot- nerve gas. Alright alright.
Looks like the terrorist plot was two-fold. To try and get the peace accord stopped, but the guy pulling the strings just wanted to get that key card out of the airport. Think about it, Palmer knew that the dude (who killed himself) had it, so the place was/could have been watched. What's the best way to get it out of there? With a 'terrorist' takeover of the place and one of the 'hostages' takes it out of their clean as a whistle. I don't think the whole airport deal was just staged, but like I said, served two purposes. I think the terrorist guys were being used though.
Nerve gas sucks. They say it's about the worst way you can go, worse than Napalm, or White Phosphorus, or gernades, or bullets or getting run over by a tank.
Nerve Gas is even worse than going out by nuclear radiation. From what I have heard of course.

the only way to end this show is to kill off Jack. I mean do you really think they have another season after this one under their belt? what else could they possibly DO?

They have to have another season, for starts there's the money to be had. The season premeire was the best ratings for the show ever. It's not even close to running out of steam. Let's also not forget the movie talk.
I say they have at least another season to go.
What about a prequel season? There are so many gaps in between seasons after all. Maybe even before the first season, bring back everyone. Eh?
I cou;dn't believe that Jack's clue went over the heads of CTU and little Hobbit has to pick it up. man I was screaming Flight Position loud enough for them to hear me. Now I think thehead of ctU should be hit with a Tasar in his phasar for not catching that clue it was so obvious.
Oh Jack has so much to do. This world needs saving every 24 hours. They will never run out of material.
I can not stand that Kim Raver ( Jack's girlfriend) She used to be on 3rdf Watch and all she did was whine./ She did a lot of that on 24 last season. Just wait she will get cranked up soon AGAIN.
