Matt isn't so forthcoming with the cause of his injuries, so Christian asks Kit to help get to the bottom of it. Everyone is shocked to find out that he was beaten and peed on by a group of transexuals, and the reason for them attacking Matt.
As it says in the above post, Christian finally admits to Matt that he slept with Ava. Matt becomes mad, but Christian insists he'd rather Matt know the truth about Ava being manipulative than have Matt like him.
Christian and Quentin assist to remove the faces of 2 college boys who had glued their faces to another college boy's ass with industrial strength adhesive.
The episode climaxes with Matt, Christian, Sean and Julie all trying to deal with their current problems with Matt. Matt, not hearing it, pushes his mother has he leaves, causing Sean to punch Matt in the face. We also see Sean cut himself while alone.
